The KR-SZDSM20x35 actuator integrates a high-precision KR SZDSM linear guide system, delivering 20mm stroke and 35mm/s maximum speed within ±0.01mm repeatability. Designed as a compact SZDSM20x35 motion stage, it features 2 digital inputs and 1 analog output, supporting direct connection to up to 4 peripheral modules via RS-485 or CAN interfaces. Operating at 24V DC (±10%) with -20°C to 70°C tolerance, this actuator excels in automation, semiconductor handling, and optical alignment applications. Its integrated lithium backup battery (200mAh) ensures position retention during power interruptions. The optional 2.4-inch touchscreen enables real-time monitoring, while the built-in optical sensor achieves 5μm detection resolution over its full travel.
